There are 4 elegant double bedrooms and a twin room all with en-suite facilities. Furnished with wonderful antiques, a great collection of paintings and other interesting items, the bedrooms are homely and welcoming. All rooms have mosquito nets and ceiling fans. Master Bedroom A wonderful master bedroom with amazing sea views. The large antique 4-poster bed, with soft pastel cotton sheets, and a romantic crisp white mosquite net is very pretty. The bathroom is an indoor/outdoor affair ! In a rustic style, surrounded by palms, there is a shower, bath and toilet open to the skies. Bedroom 2: A another spacious double bedroom with private courtyard and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. The private courtyard, reached via a wonderful set of temple doors, is infact a private massage area with a lovely stone massage table in the middle. Twin Room This room is ideal for children, though it can accommodate small adults as well! There are 2 lovely four-poster beds and an ensuite shower room. This room is slightly smaller than the rest, however still manages to maintain the look and style of the rest of the house. The shower room is made of cement, a well-known look amongst traditional rustic Sri Lankan bathrooms. Bedroom 3 (The Pool Room) - Set on its own by the pool, this room is perfect for those seeking some solitude. A lovely cottage with a romantic touch. A wonderful bed, a writing desk and a wardrobe furnish this uncomplicated room. A shower room is attached. Bedroom 4 (The Garden Room) - Another small cottage located in the garden offering peace and tranquillity. This blue washed room with a small private verandah has a double bed and storage units. Rustic in style and a little run down. There is an en-suite shower room.

The formal yet comfortable living room opens out to the gardens. There are plenty of sofas and a pretty verandah facing the garden and the sea beyond. The gardens by the pool and the pool pavilion also offer further relaxing areas. |

The villa is fully staffed. The team at your beck and call, are attentive and offer an excellent service. The Chef at the villa produces a daily menu and he will be happy to include your favourites be it traditional Sri Lankan cuisine or other eastern or western dishes. You can choose to dine anywhere and the staff will be happy to create the perfect dining experience for you.

Nor do we charge you extra for on-line credit/debit card payments Pricing Pricing 7th Jan - 30th Apr / 1st Aug - 31st Aug : US$960 per night for villa 1st May -31st Jul / 1st Sep - 17th Dec : US$815 per night for villa 18th Dec - 7th Jan : US$1,680 per night for villa Payment Policy A 20% deposit is payable to confirm the booking. The deposit can be paid via our secure server or via bank transfer. Customers must pay all bank charges in the case of a bank transfer. A further 40% is payable 7 days after your confirmation. This should be paid direct to The Beach House by bank transfer to UK account. The final 40% balance should be paid before arrival date (details will be given upon booking). Cancellation Policy 20% deposit is non refundable. The additional 40% payment is only refundable should a replacement booking be found. |
