Enter the house over a bridge of railway sleepers above a trickling water feature and onto polished floors with hand made sofas and locally crafted furniture. Designed for a couple, or small family, who love barefoot beach living surrounded by comfort, the Beach Hut is a paradise retreat. The sand and grass garden goes all the way to the private beach gate where garden seating invites you to while away the afternoon. This is a wonderful beach house. One main ensuite bedroom occupies the majority of the upper floor. There is also a smaller bedroom suitable for children. Several sets of french doors lead out from the master suite onto a three sided terrace overlooking the pool, garden, and ocean. If you are looking for solitude in a paradise setting, then look no further. Perfect for honeymooners! The pool is large enough for a family, but perfect for two!

The master bedroom with ensuite facilities is located on the upper level. The smaller bedroom suitable for children does not have ensuite facilities. There is a further shower room downstairs.

The kitchen is modern and has all essential appliances. There is a steward who lives-in at separate quarters as well as a lady who comes daily. In addition there is a night watchman to keep the friendly monkeys that often cross the roof, from getting too close. The villa does not come with a chef, but the houseboy can cook a limited range of dishes and is very willing to learn new ones. If you would like a professional chef for a special occasion, this can easily be arranged so please let us know in advance of arrival. All meals are for your account. You can discuss dietary requirements with the houseboy or chef if you have requested one. You can then either provide the cook with an anticipated sum of cash and he/she will shop for you or accompany the cook, we highly recommend this at least once as you will learn what is available as well as it being fun haggling for fish. There are a number of beach bars and restaurants in the area.

Rates for 2010 January 9th - April 30th: US$ 350 per night May, June, July, September & October: US$ 300 per night ** 7 nights for the price of 6 ** August, November & December: $ 350 per night ** 7 nights for the price of 6 ** December 17th - January 10th 2011): $450 per night ** 7 nights for the price of 6 ** Payment Policy A 15% deposit is payable upon confirmation of your booking. The deposit can be paid via our secure server or via bank transfer. Customers must pay all bank charges in the case of a bank transfer. A further 35% is payable 7 days after your confirmation. This should be paid direct to the Beach Hut by bank transfer to the account specified in the invoice. The final 50% balance is to be paid 1 month prior to arrival. Details to be given once booking is confirmed. Cancellation Policy The initial 15% deposit is non refundable. The balance payments will only be refunded less US$100 cancellation fee and any bank charges incurred by us in refunding your money providing we are able to "re-let" the villa. |
