There are 3 lovely doubles bedrooms and 2 twin rooms. All have air con and overhead fans. The beds are traditional 4 poster beds with romantic white netting to keep the mosquitoes at bay!. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers. 3 of the bathrooms are open to the sky!

3 Balinese sofas and other traditional pieces of furniture dominate the living room with high ceilings. There are French windows on three sides over looking the garden and terrace and the ocean. There is a smaller seating area in the dining pavilion overlooking the pool providing a perfect space for cocktails before dinner. A pagoda on the terrace offers a shaded area during the day. A dining pavilion overlooking the garden and pool is separate from the main part of the villa. |

An accomplished chef, Lionel, will cater for all your culinary requirements. Lionel will show you a list of his favourite dishes ranging from traditional Sri Lankan to western dishes. Simply tell him what you want and where you want it, and he will do the rest. Meals are not included in the rate. Breakfast, Lunch and dinner are for your account. The chef will be happy to purchase the ingredients for you keeping an account of the expenditure. Do take advantage of the local seafood and the fresh fruit.

Nor do we charge you extra for on-line credit/debit card payments Pricing Low Season (May - 31 Oct): $ 900 per night Medium Season (August): $ 1,000 per night High Season (01 Nov - Apr): $ 1000 per night Peak Season (10 Dec - 8 Jan): $1,600 per night Payment Policy A 15% deposit is payable to secure the booking. The deposit can be paid via our secure server or via bank transfer. Customers must pay all bank charges in the case of a bank transfer. A further 35% is payable 7 days after your confirmation. This should be paid direct to Dalip House managing agents by bank transfer to Sri Lanka account. The final 50% balance is to be paid one month prior to arrival at the Villa. Cancellation Policy The deposits are non refundable. |
