Apa Villa's charm lies in its mature coconut grove, and stunning swimming pool overlooking the Indian Ocean, only 8 km south from historic Galle Fort in southern Sri Lanka. There are three colonial villas set within the Apa estate. Guests may rent an entire villa or a suite within the villa. Larger groups (up to 16) can book all three villas together. Cinnamon Villa - The Cinnamon villa has 3 suites (Air Conditioned) each with a double room and private ensuite facilities. The central living area comprising of a pretty terrace is shared between the two suites offering plenty of rattan sofas and chairs for relaxing. There is one indoor/outdoor bathroom with a shower and bath and one smaller shower room. Cardamon Villa - comprise of 2 large suites (Air Conditioned) sharing a large verandah, facing the infinity pool. The suites have a double bed, private bathroom, private sitting room and plenty of wardrobe space. Saffron Villa - also comprise of 2 luxurious suites separated by a lovely lily pond. Each comprise of a double bedroom, ensuite bathroom, sitting room and a terrace. Saffron Suite is not suitable for small children due to the Lily pond. Note: Extra bed(s) can be provided for 1 or 2 children (at extra charge).

The three villas in the estate appeal differently. The stainless steel and wood furniture is contemporary and elegant. All soft furnishings are local weaves with attractive collectibles from other Asian countries. The Main House was built in 1995, and has a large central living room filled with books. A long terrace leads you to the two suites. Here, you can have breakfast or tea or anything you wish. Dining in the main house living room if you wish is for 12, though guests may choose to have breakfast or dine in the shade of the coconut palms, the beach deck or their own verandah. |

Breakfast is included in the price and consists of an array of choices from tropical fruit, toast and eggs, pancakes, muesli as well as Sri Lankan dishes. Ask your chef to explain the Sri Lankan dishes, as they are a must. The staff will serve breakfast on the terrace at your time, any time. Light lunches are available at a mere $6 per person and can include salads, toasted sandwiches and a choice of local desserts. The evening meals are spiced according to your individual tastes and cost around $18 per person. For your meals, you will have your choice - Sri Lankan curries, or fresh seafood of lobsters, tiger prawns and yellow-fin tuna cooked to recipes of the world. Local fruits of pineapple, mango, jackfruit, watermelon and passion fruit are simply delicious. Come late afternoon, sit back with a coconut juice, sip a cocktail of fruit juice and "arrack" made from palm wine. Anticipate the ravishing sight of a setting sun.

The deposit can be paid via our secure server or via bank transfer. Customers must pay all bank charges in the case of a bank transfer. A further 35% is payable 7 days after your confirmation. This should be paid direct to Apa Villa by bank transfer to Sri Lanka account. The final 50% balance is to be paid on departure direct to Villa. Cancellation Policy The deposits are non refundable. |
